สถาบัน Red River College Polytechnic (RRC Polytechnic) ตั้งอยู่ที่เมือง Winnipeg รัฐ Manitoba ซึ่งมี Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) สำหรับนักเรียนต่างชาติที่วางแผนในการอยู่ระยะยาวและขอ PR (Permanent Resident) ที่ประเทศแคนาดา นอกจากนี้เมือง Winnipeg ยังเป็นเมืองที่มีค่าครองชีพไม่สูง มีธรรมชาติที่สวยงาม  สภาพอากาศที่ดีทั้ง 4 ฤดู รวมถึงเป็นเมืองที่มีความปลอดภัยสูงอีกด้วย

RRC Polytechnic เปิดสอนมากกว่า 200 หลักสูตร ทั้ง Certificate, Diploma และ Post-graduate Diploma ซึ่งทุกหลักสูตรจะเน้นการปฏิบัติและประสบการณ์จริง เพื่อการเตรียมพร้อมนักเรียนสำหรับการทำงาน สถาบันมี 5 แคมปัสในเมือง Winnipeg ปัจจุบันสถาบันมีนักเรียนต่างชาติกว่า 2,000 คน และมีอัตรานักเรียนที่ได้รับการจ้างงานหลังเรียนจบสูงถึง 95% นอกจากนี้ สถาบันยังเปิดสอนหลักสูตร Intensive English สำหรับนักเรียนที่ต้องการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษระยะสั้น หรือเรียนเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าเรียนใน College อีกด้วย
